These days I have been irritated that I cannot send messages or photos on LINE.
Have you had that kind of experience?
Does it happen to me only?
They said that those were not “LINE application problems” which are inevitable.
Just for reference, let me show you how to deal with problems when you cannot send or receive photos, images or messages on LINE [Android version].
I am in a trouble!!
1. Check wireless internet connection (Connected to Wi-Fi is desirable)
First of all, check wireless internet connection. It will be the most possible cause.
Move to a place under Wi-Fi condition if possible. If it does not help, try the next method.
2. Clear cache on LINE
Go to “Settings”
Scroll down and find “LINE”, then tap it
Scroll down, and tap “Clear cache”
3. Update LINE version
Is your LINE version updated? You might be using old LINE version.
Open “Play Store”, and search for “LINE”
When LINE is not updated yet, you can see “UPDATE” sign at the bottom right. From there you can “update” to renew your LINE.
Regularly update LINE version, and make sure it is on latest version.
4. Downgrade your LINE
In rare cases, the cause is that LINE was upgraded.
Downgrading your LINE and coming back to the previous grade sometimes help to solve the problem.
It is a good idea to remember to downgrade your LINE if it is not working properly.
5. Upgrade your mobile
If the problem is not because of your LINE app or wireless internet connection, it might be because of your mobile.
Upgrade your mobile. It takes some time, but do not put it off.
6. Restart your mobile
You are still not sure what the cause is.
